According to Moghaddam, " a minority that is seen as taking a consistence position, but not one that is rigid or dogmatic is more likely to influence the majority. The most popular examples in history will always be the topic of slavery and colonization in my opinion. The stolen people from Africa that were made slaves in America fought relentlessly to gain their freedom from their oppressors and oppression.
Moghaddam suggested that instead of the minority always conforming to the majority established norms, they should stick to their own radically new norms and keep pushing.A perfect example of this would be Martin Luther King with his speech and movement and Nelson Mandela with his perservarance in South Africa.
