The concept of mood differs from the concepts of emotion and feeling because mood is influenced by outside factors like the environment and the people around you. One example of a mood and the feelings and emotions that would be associated with it is a persons blood pressure. This can be caused by the emotion anger or being stressed out. It can result in having high blood pressure. Anger would be the immediate response to whatever is causing the person to feel this way. And the feeling would be the high blood pressure which is the aftermath of feeling an emotion. It basically follows the emotion. Some biological factors/symptoms of having high blood pressure would be sweating, feeling hot, not concentrating and heart beating faster. Therefore a stimulus in the brain responds to the emotion.

Careful with the word "feeling" as it is different from mood and emotion. Good start but try building on these concepts so you can clarify a bit better =)
