This song through its lyrics illustrates a very important point that Damasio attempts to put across. Shortly it suggests that when one is down or sad to act in the opposite manner in order for that individual to feel better. To add on this is in line with the authors ideas as faking a smile could create the illusion of an emotion by imitating the physiological response affiliated with that emotion, in this case happiness, since emotion processed feelings. In order to fortify this argument we could take into consideration the James-Lounge theory of emotion which argues that imitate an emotion and the mind will follow through. Finally as a whole this idea is also used by many psychologists in therapy through the idea of fake it until you make it.

Please be more clear and direct. Use the words emotional expression, feelings and thoughts in your answer. Also, reread it and provide evidence.
Lastly, I am not sure about the idea of "fake it until you make it" being used in psychological therapy. Be careful when you make such a statement (or elaborate on it to show how).
