Comparing Body map and Body State

Damasio says that body map is a pathway that is in your body and is being used body regions that sense certain things. An example of this would be a person who is hungry. Instead of changing the body teh organs inside send signals to say it is hungry. This can lead to achey stomachs. Body state is the physical aspect of how your body feels. For example if a person is feeling angry, the body will adjust to the emotion and make the body look angry. I believe a individual actually uses body state to feel a certain way and react that most of the time. The emotion would kick in and the body would react due to the emotion. This is more of a physical communication with other animals. Body mapping would be a schema using for yourself to adjust certain issues
