Wearing Clothes --> the idea of not wearing clothes in public seems ludicrous (unless you're at a nude beach). We wake up every morning, conduct our daily routines (shower, brush teeth, etc.) and leave the home with clothes on us. It seems like second nature to us. However, on closer examination, it is apparent that we primarily wear clothes in public because we as a society over-sexualize the human body and as such, it has been socially constructed that we all must be seen in public wearing clothes (the secondary reason of why we wear clothes in public is to keep warm). The concept of wearing clothes seems "natural" to probably everyone, but this is certainly a social construct
Breakfast type foods for breakfast --> eating eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, etc. is nearly exclusively eaten in the morning. To eat either of these food items at a time that isn't morning (such as lunchtime or for dinner) would be deemed preposterous. However, this too is a social construction. Society has deemed/categorized these food choices are breakfast options, and it seems that eating these food items at any other time violates a norm of acceptable items to eat at particular times
