I think that out of these 3 terms only reductionism can be somewhat applied to the social constructionism. Causal science and individualism I think are the ideas that social constructionists are opposing. They oppose the reductionist approach in traditional psychology as well, but I think that their approach is somewhat reductionist too. Social construction views individual as a product of society and uses discourse as a method to study people. The agency is seen as not important or even valid. The fact that social construction chooses to focus on discourse (out of all the aspects people could be studied) and to see the person from social perspective (denying the individual agency) I think illustrates that reductionism is present in social construction ideology as well.
