The somatic marker hypothesis is formulated by Antonio Damasio. The idea that emotional processes functions as basic guides to decision making. The ability for human to humans to make decisions easily and unconsciously has to do with the somatic markers to guide human behavior during evolution. The somatic hypothesis means our feelings are put together in the body and are associated with emotions and feelings.
