Freud- In terms of Freud, he would focus on the reason of the argument and how it relates to the unconscious. An example would be how the two lovers are arguing about the girl not trusting her boyfriend in regards to him being loyal to her. This would interest Freud in how perhaps the girl has trust issues from her past experiences and because of those occurrences, it had caused her to not trust her boyfriend which led them to argue.
Skinner- In terms of Skinner, he would focus more on their behaviour during the argument. An example would be any physical responses such as crying, clenched fists, the absence of eye contact, or even how they react after the argument such as leaving without a word, swearing, settling the issue, etc.
Mead- In terms of Mead, he would focus on any social or environmental factors in the conversation such as a third person that was brought up in the argument. An example would be how a friend of hers had proclaimed that she saw him with another girl at the movie theatre. Mead would focus on the impact of this information and the girls claim to believe in what her friend was telling her. Or even how she would compare her relationship with someone else's in regards to her friend's relationship being better than hers and arguing why theirs is so stressful and complicated.
I believe they would make these choices because they are specialized in these fields where their beliefs and focus are centered according to what they specialize in.

I like your answer.
I just wanted to point out that for; Freud, it is important to use the terms "unconscious" and "past experience" BF Skinner you should use the term "reinforcement" (or the like) and/or "punishment". Mead you should talk about the meaning and perspective that something holds, and the attitudes of other people/society.
