If I were to become a psychologist I could see myself working both in and out. I think I would prefer working in more than out because I like to gather data and see concrete evidence. Personally, I like to have actual facts and proof to support whatever claims I make. If you're working out you're not necessarily doing that. Because of this, I can see myself taking the casual science approach to study the phenomenon. I would prefer to conduct experiments and find the cause and effects of phenomon rather than studying the social construct and wondering how things seem to be or ought to be. I'd rather approach a certain topic and control it in a specific way where I can get immediate results.
