This placebo occurs when a parent is trying to convince his or her child to comsume his or her vegetables. You can see it happen in public places such as restaurants if you watch closely enough. For example, a parent would eat their childs broccoli and exaggerate a ''mmm" or to be more blunt, "wow this is so good" and then perhaps another parent or sibling would play along. The child falls victim to the placebo thinking that the food he or she is consumig tastes better than it actually is. This example i have fallen victim to in my younger years.

Hi sahilguru,
I like how you give an explanation to the concept of Placebo Effect. Its always help full to define, any psychological concept before you explain what it is. So you did a good job in defining the concept in relation to an example. i would suggest, that you explain more on what a Placebo Effect is in general;. other than this, good job. Keep up the good work.
Sincerely, Ali
