The CS in this experiment is the tone sounded prior, CR is the rabbit blinking to the tone, UCR is the rabbit blinking to the puff of air, and the UCS is the puff of air. The rabbit has learned to associate the tone with the puff of air, which then elicits the same response of blinking. To undo the conditioning you need to extinguish the association between the tone and the puff of air. To do this I would play the conditioned stimulus (tone) consistently without the unconditioned stimulus (puff of air) to diminish the association between the air puff and tone.
