The bathroom scale can read 10 kg rather than 0 even when there is no one standing on it. If someone is to weigh themselves, they would have a wrong reading( an added 10 kg for example) similarly if another person comes and stands on it he will get an incorrect measure. Thus it is reliable but also valid ( meaning that the person will know that he just have to add 10 kg to his weight. So we can get a valid reliable measure.
I really don't think that something could be reliable but not valid. Even from a research perspective, For the work to be reliable, it must be valid.
When we say Internal validity we mean that if the experiment is to be done in the same lab environment it would be valid. However, we cannot generalize it since people normally are not in labs, but are living in a free environment and this is what is meant my low external validity.
Interview in my opinion would have low internal validity, because we don't know if the person is speaking the truth. But has high external validity because we can interview any person in general.
