The conditioned stimulus is the tone. The conditioned response is the blinking. The unconditioned stimulus is the blowing of air into the eye. The unconditioned response is the blinking.
To reverse this conditioned response, we have to associate a different action to the ringing of the tone. Perhaps ringing the tone and then giving the rabbit some food would convert the response of the rabbit from blinking to a positive feeling of getting food. Maybe the rabbit will forget that he has to blink and after a few times ringing the tone, the rabbit will expect food rather than blink.
