Conditioned stimulus : the tone (sound) made right before the puff Conditioned response : blinking of the eye due to the sound Unconditional stimulus : the puff sprayed into the eye Unconditional response: blinking of the eye due to the spray In order to undo this classical conditioning, I would let the rabbit experience the the tone without any spraying of puff over a period of time. Due to this, the rabbit will soon deassociate the connection between the sound and the puff, therefore it will stop blinking. Tone without puff = no blinking.
