In this situation, the conditioned stimulus would be the tone when the sound is released. The conditioned response is the rabbit blinking after the tone or to the sound of the tone. The unconditioned stimulus would be the puff of the air which results to the unconditioned response which is the rabbit blinking.
To undo the conditioning, the experimenter would have to repeat the tone, which is the conditioned stimulus without releasing the unconditioned stimulus. The conditioned response which is the rabbit blinking right after the tone will stop because the rabbit will stop associating the two.
