Chomsky's view on language is that humans have the innate ability to learn and acquire language. Language Aquisition Device is basically the instinctive mental capacity which enables an infant to acquire and produce language. This view is more consistent in cognitive psychology rather than a behavior one because humans are hard-wired to receive information and process it through the brain to perform the processed data. Language cannot be learned through a behaviorist view in modern day as well as it could've been possible many centuries ago. The sound of language being spoken is learned at a very young age to the left hemisphere of the brain which is responsible for language information and processes.

Hi,
You have a good understanding of Chomsky's view. Try to elaborate more on the principles of behaviourism and how you think they wouldn't apply well to language acquisition.
