Well Mr.Galton's evidence COMPLETELY provides an accurate picture of intelligence, shove ONLY those who have had access to the highest education and all the resources available without any regard to environmental factors such as, I don't know maybe they have people to bend down to pick up a dollar for them, instead of doing it themselves...surely everyone has man servants and maids right?
In case my sarcasm is NOT obvious, yeah, his experiment doesn't prove innate intelligence, if anything the only thing it proves is people who happen to be wealthy typically can do very well on tests. For the obvious reason of them attending schools and taking advantage of all the opportunities such resources can offer. Also there is a flaw his samples, if your going to trash talk poor people at least feature them unlike in his experiment, if not for the interest of actually conducting effective research in the intellectual gap between the rich and poor, then feature them at least to have a good laugh to see how much such a factor could impact the test results. Even if such a test were to be conducted on both poor and rich, you are not removing all the possible advantages the monocle wearing class had while growing up and such had time to develop their intelligence, innate or otherwise.
