Cognitive psychologist Chomsky does not agree with Skinner and Pavlov's view that language learning can be explained by classical conditioning and environment. In Chomsky's view, the language behavior is far too complex to explained by classical conditioning. He believes human born with certain innate intuition of language leaning, so human can always create new sentences, use complex grammar, and new words.
