The best method of learning for children is often in play, and because of their exposures they are often witnessing parents do things around the house which they like to imitate. Examples include: "Playing house" doing various chores around the house- cooking, cleaning up, the children acting in traditional mother/father roles. We see this in various other settings too: School, Tea, Work, Play car, Play as a grocery store/ cashier, fighting, etc. We often say that the best way children learn is by seeing others.
