Psychologists and Psychiatrists are both doctors. They use psychotherapy with their clients that involves talking and consulting to them in a calm manner. However, some are often confused about their difference. Psychologists focus in all aspects of their client's life--- mental, emotional, personality, physiological, life experiences and situations, and how people relate to one another while Psychiatrists focus on the diagnosis of mental illnesses, prescription of medicines and study how certain malfunctioning in a body contributes in developing emotional problems and illnesses. Determining which one is better still depends largely on how people look at the question for both Psychologists and Psychiatrists work with people to find solution to their troubles and to help client's well-being.
