A. For the Cattel's 16 PF test, Cattell used factor analysis to reduce thousands of psychological traits into what he believed to be 16 of the basic dimensions, or source traits of human personality. As a result, he created the 16PF personality test. i believe tha this test would change in results signifcantly over they years because people change and grow and as they grow they mind changes and matures. knowledge would increase slightly but personlity would increase significalty due to many things that change in ones life.
B. there stablilty in personality has changed in there life time significantly growing up from there young age to teenages to young adult life to older adult life. the biggest change they had was when they went from finishing school and getting there degree to working and finding a spouse, getting married and having children.

great explanation! do you believe that this change is applicable to everyone or are some individuals more susceptible to personality changes and if so, why?
