a) If I was given the a personality test such as Cattell's 16 Personality Factors or Eysenck's EPQ every ten years of my life, the results would not remain constant every time I take the test. The reason being is that I am constantly changing, my personality is constantly changing as I grow older and become exposed to the environment and my surroundings. I was not the same person I was 10 years ago, neither was I the same person 1 year ago. As I become more experienced and wise, my personality changes along with it. As I go through the major stages of my life, I mature and become more experienced as an individual, resulting in my personality always changing.
b) When speaking to an individual whom is 40 years or older, they would obviously be more experienced and more knowledgeable than me. The reason being is that they have been through more milestones which leads to their personality changing constantly. Major events that occur in ones life can become a factor to ones personality change. Some factors that are put into account in this situation are more heartbreaks, the passing of a loved one, graduation, marriage, divorce, a stable career, or even children. Each one of these factors can really change a person significantly and that is why ones personality does not stay stable.

Can you expand more on the change of course of personality, does personality drastically change or gradually? For example do you think someone that is introverted could be extroverted in 10 years? Can these changes be due to changes in behavior and not entirely be due to personality?
