Factor | Low Score | High Score | What I think my personality is like in comparison | Warmth | Cold, Selfish | Supportive, Comforting | High | Intellect | Instinctive, Unstable | Cerebral, Analytical | High | Emotional Stability | Irritable, Moody | Level headed, Calm | Middle-will be discussed below | Aggressiveness | Modest, Docile | Controlling, Tough | Low | Liveliness | Somber, Restrained | Wild, Fun loving | High | Dutifulness | Untraditional, Rebellious | Conformity, Restrained | High | Social Assertiveness | Shy, Withdrawn | Uninhibited, Bold | High
| Sensitivity | Coarse, Tough | Touchy, Soft | Low | Paranoia | Trusting, Easy going | Wary, Suspicious | Low | Abstractness | Practical, Regular | Strange, Imaginative | Low | Introversion | Open, Friendly | Private, Quiet | Low | Anxiety | Confident, Self-assured | Fearful, Self-doubting | Low | Open-mindedness | Close-minded, Set-in-ways | Curious, Self-exploratory | High | Independence | Outgoing, Social | Loner, Crave solitude | High
| Perfectionism | Disorganized, Messy | Orderly, Thorough | High
| Tension | Relaxed, Cool | Stressed, Unsatisfied | Low |
So, the factor that I am focusing on is Emotional Stability; with low scores indicating being irritable and moody, and high scores showing the level hotheadedness and calmness traits. I would say that I am in the middle, as it is very dependent on the situation that I am in. If I'm writing an exam, and there are multiple people sneezing and coughing continuously, I become very irritable and moody, as I get annoyed when someone coughs loudly and interrupts my train of thought. However, in other instances, such as when I was working in a customer service role, I had to keep calm and carry on doing my job.
