A. If a personality test were to be administered every ten years of the remainder of your life I believe the results could be similar but there would be variance. The basis of personality could be the same.
i.e being kind and sharing treats with friends at the age of 10 but being 20 and through personal experience you may still be kind but not so fast to share with others and be considered mildly reserved.
B. When speaking to someone over 40 years old, when large changes occurred in their personality it seemed like experience and situational factors definitely caused those changes.
