a) Throughout our lifespan, we are prone to many personality changes. If we were to take personality tests every year of our life, the results would definitely be different. However, drastic changes may be seen as we mature from adolescence to adulthood, throughout adulthood the difference between our results may lessen. b) Most people I've spoken to around this age explained that they had experience many personality and lifestyle changes, therefore they had not experienced a steady personality from youth to adulthood and so on. A lot of factors pertaining to these personality changes would be changes in scenery/atmosphere, transition from school to work, acquiring new friends or losing old ones, and many other changes we experience in our lives.
