At an old job my boss tried to get me to sell products under false advertisement, because the products were consumed it was a potential health hazard being sold under the particular description he was telling me to report to the costumer. I was very uncomfortable with the situation and ended up being honest with the customers and disobeying my boss. I felt guilty at even the thought of lying and decided to go against my boss as I take other peoples word on things every day, and would feel betrayed to find out that they took advantage of my trust. My individual morals were the deciding factor as I would have been more okay being punished from my boss than I would knowing I lied to customers.
