Norms are involved as the individuals who adopt the role of the guards follow the normative procedures associated with arrest as well as the their role as the guard. The norms associated with the authority as will as being compliant to those in authority was present. I believe that both studies could offer some prediction where behaviour is concern especially that of the Milgram study, when those who are of authority provide you with directive you are more willing to comply. As for the Asch conformity study, the group have been given different roles to simulate as such they will comply to the role that they have been placed in. The guards especially will conform with the role of the guards and as such act accordingly to what each member of the group is doing as a guard even if initially they don’t necessarily agree with some of the elements.

You need to expand more. Also please use the words "conformity" and "obedience".
