The conflict between cultural relativism and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is in relation to the behaviours that are acceptable by a certain society but is not acceptable by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. For example, if one is from a culture where honourable killing of humans is allowed this would obviously be against the laws of the Declaration. What is psychological about this is that now these people have to conform to what is acceptable by the Declaration go against this behaviour that is acceptable by their culture. Another example can be Polygamy. Polygamy can be something very relative in certain cultures but these people are restricted and forced to conform and stay away from poygamy when living in the U.S.A.

Can you think of another example? Polygamy was used as an example in an earlier chapter.
