If we go down the rabbit hole of the psychology of language we will find that language has a mind set, take Hablemos for instance, In Spanish is means "We speak" BUT notice how its one word?
You take the root word "Hablo", chop a bit of the end off, add "emos" for "us" or "we" and you have "we speak" but....again its one word, when speaking in Spanish, you typically don't know what the subject is until you look at specific conjugation of the verb
Let me give another example to make this clear...
In English we separate everything, I am separate from the action of eating, so in English we would say "I'm eating", the action I am committing is separate from myself
To say the same thing in Spanish I would simply say "comiendo", I am NOT separate from the action, in everyday conversation the people that are talked about are ALWAYS associated with the action they are doing.
This is simple grammer, we haven't even began to actually look at individual words which from language to language and how we get around some, a brief example...
You can't say "maple syrup" in Spanish, the word "syrup" simply does not exist in the Spanish language, but obviously Hispanics can buy Maple syrup...but thats because we have to dance around the meaning of the word.
In Spanish in order to talk about "maple syrup" you would have to use the closest equivalent "meil de arbol", which will be commonly translated as "maple syrup" but its more literal word for word translation is "honey of the tree".
Okay language rant over...now the psychological stuff!
Now because we can see the verbs are virtually never separated from the subject Spanish identity could be seen as a holistic one where the individual is always associated with their actions, you cant isolate the individual from what they have done, doing or going to do. Thus humanity under is always doing, always in the middle of something, and in fact everything is mixed in with everything else so existence can be interpreted as holistic
In English we don't have that same grammar, the subject is separate from the action, thus we separate everything and can be independent from each other and everything
Thus language doesn't only describe the objective actions of speaking, walking, eating, etc but can influence our very thoughts because of the structure of a language, or specific wordings because the absence of other ones can also endow the mind with concepts and meanings which may be inaccessible to another one
