Language is constructive from the influence of cultural systems and the way of communication that is being relayed. According to behaviourist Skinner, language development is based on environmental influence, therefore language is constructed differently by different groups of culture and societies. Skinner also proposed that different words are made meaningful by word associations moreover, different expressions used in modern norms across the city carry different meanings and representations.
