Vesna, like Vespa but with an 'n'

Hey superstars. My name is Vesna and I'm in my third year of Kinesiology and 1st year of Athletic Therapy. If you're ever at the Tait McKenzie fitness centre you might recognize me. I'm a fitness attendant, personal training, group fitness instructor, and spin instructor. I'm taking this course to enhance my knowledge of the human psyche and find out how humans are motivated. Specifically, I want to learn how people become and maintain motivation to develop active living habits.
