Trait approach and Cognitive approach
- This given scenario showcases a relation to a trait approach and a cognitive approach for these given reasons. His/her trait is of them being anxious, a nervous person. The cognitive approach can be seen through the aspect of the person assuming that the TA would judge them for not knowing anything. This differs from one another, well one talks about how you know who you and your traits are, and the other exams what socially impacts the way you think. So the person in the scenario thinks that the TA would judge them because their social surrounding has impacted them to think that way.

Hi,
Nice work. You certainly understand the two schools of psychology. Can you add little bit more on both approaches.
Thanks, Ali
