Phenomena 2) "i'm in a terrible shape. I eat too many high-fat foods and don't exercise"
Biological reductionist approach eating low-carbine food and increasing exercise is a suggested way of staying fit and in shape. This would be beneficial to one as this can increase the chances of attracting the same biological fit partner which ca reproduce healthy off springs. this can also be viewed in Roger's person-comfort theory as food being the replacement for comfort.
Humanistic approaches-Rogers' person-centred theory He would change the person by reminding them that their social interaction is their preferred environment and how they rely on how they are viewed i.e. passive/active. Individuals has the power and agency by themselves to prove the choice of becoming healthier (consciousness agency)
