Agency is the capacity of individuals to act independently and make their own choices.The structure versus the agency is a socialization issue against the body that determines whether one acts in their own free will or in a manner dictated by societal norms. Most times in order to be accepted and to be at peace with ones self and ones neighbor we tend to make decisions based on what society dictates. Since we must take into consideration that the majority carries and only the strong survives
