One social problem I deeply care about is mental illness. I definitely think there are psychological aspects to these issues since people aren't born with these diseases at birth. Every case of mental illness can be categorized into a group, such as bipolar disorder, social anxiety, etc. however each case is different and has to be looked at individually. Although everyone is different and unique to their mental illness, there are only a limited number of psychologists; thus an efficient way would have to be to group everyone and look at them closely and pass out questionnaires. In terms of resolving the issue, mental illness is very hard because psychologists cannot be with patients everyday to make sure they're doing their exercises or executing certain tasks. Thus I think more research should be done in this aspect of the field.
