The unconditioned stimulus would be the puff of air being inserted into he rabbit's eyes and the unconditioned response would be the rabbit blinking. The conditioned stimulus is the tone sounded before the puff of air is inserted into the rabbit's eyes and the conditioned response would be the rabbit reacting by blinking when any time it hears the tone sounded before the experiment. In order to reverse such conditioning, the rabbit would have to develop certain relaxation techniques to be used when the conditioned stimulus is presented in order to reverse the response.

Can you expand a bit more on how to reverse the conditioning? Try looking at the conditioned stimulus and the unconditioned stimulus, what needs to be done there in order to reverse the response?
