Law of effect
Positive- for example when you loan your headphones to someone for a couple of days, then they return them intact, say thank you and that they appreciate it. More likely that you will loan them again.
Negative - for example you loan your headphones to someone for a couple of days but instead they accidentally break them and don't apologize for their action. Less likely that you will loan anything to that person.
Law of exercise
Per-say you forgot your phone at home and you got frustrated because you need it, then you have forgotten it again the next day, it is less likely that you will forget it again the next day.
another example of a personal experience, I had to get to a place where I have never been before and take a certain route to get there, the first time it took me awhile and I almost got lost, however the next time I went there it was much easier even though I still had to confirm some directions but at least I didn't get lost, the time after that it was very easy and I didn't even need any direction help.
I suppose that these occur more often than not, however there might be exceptions, i.e persons with disabilities, certain aphasia's, or even people who perceive reward/punishment in a different way (when a daughter goes out late and gets punished by her parents, she might repeat the action again, depending on her level of rebellion, obedience, her affection/respect towards her parents, etc. )
