Consistent traits in your personality? The personality construct is based on the idea that individuals are relatively stable with respect to certain characteristics across most situations. Consult the list of Cattell’s 16 Personality Factors, then describe to what extent you regard your own behaviour as consistent with respect to these factors? Describe how your behaviour changes across contexts for at least one of these factors.
In my opinion my characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving tend to be stable over time and consistent across situations. When i think about these 16 Personality factors, I automatically think about the effect that it has on my behaviour. I believe my personality and behaviour has been molded in me since the first few stages of my life and my initial reaction to each situation would be the same. This being said, it is important to mention that since birth there has been a shift in my personality, however there has not been a sudden change, there has been gradual changes and that is for the better.

Nice work and explanation. But do you think that personality is a fixed aside from some modifications that occur across time.
