Personality Traits according to the debates which Moghaddam has mentioned in his book, " Since the 1970s the research of Nobel Prize winner Daniel Kahneman
and colleague Amos Tversky has shown the many ways in which people make biased, typically over-confident estimations of their own accuracy in perceiving the world."and"Should researchers rely on self-reports? After all, are people not the best judge of their own characteristics? Or, alternatively, are individuals fundamentally biased in their self-perceptions, and a poor guide to their own psychological characteristics?", Personality traits are partially influenced by the time , age and the environment a person is located and interaction with others. We have seen people being very nice and friendly to their peers but did not carry this trait to their home. There are complex object relationships which can cause this difference, other than that a kind person shall be kind in every place that he is located, so it changes with circumstances , also I have observed a person which is independent in his work , is highly dependent when in interaction with his parents, this is the schema that he carries withing him and his parents and reflect unresolved childhood and the parental patterns. It also may vary in age spectrum, as it is influenced by many factors such as age itself, learning, interaction with partner and others.
