I like to think and hope others looking from the outside in also agree with my opinion of my self as being a consistent person when it comes to the 16 traits as proposed by Cattell. In my personal experiences I find these qualities to be static, some are tailored depending on the situation others evolve over time. Most of the times my reaction is based off of my self - assessment of the situations I am presented. I am quiet open to new experiences and I enjoy being put into new situations where I am expected to perform well in, rather than repeating routines. This is valid when referring to employment, travel, relationships, education etc. Some traits do vary more than others the most evident example would be in regards to social boldness. I am very extraverted, social, loud and interactive but when I am put in a situation/environment in which I am not comfortable in (i.e. in appropriate behaviour or tone) I become more reserved and on edge. To summarize I believe I am consistent with my character traits with minor variations depending on circumstances.
