The idea that all things can be explained by biology seems to me a very unlikely possibility, we would require knowledge of ALL THINGS in order to even make that attempt. Weather or not I have a certain amount of blood sugar, the stimulated parts of my brain from my choice of music that day and countless variations to both my psychical and mental processes is certainly impossible. Even if we could predict with some accuracy what a particular person might do given conditions X,Y and Z there is no accounting for their free will, which fundamentally can't be reduced to mere neurons and other biological processes, Every day examples which would disprove this are the curious acts of self sabotage we commit such as staying up late one night when we really should be sleeping. Even though the biology would dictate one should sleep, I'm sure most of us have pulled an all nighter for various of reasons(not necessarily good ones). Plus human beings are irrational beings we cant completely analyze a human being as there is the unconscious part of our minds which is impossible for us to completely understand, like Freud's idea of the ID its just there and influences us without our conscious consideration. If we were to be completely connected to our biology we could trace all human responses to their biological cause also human beings would be far more similar then different. Which leads me to conclude that simply knowing all the biological information of a person doesn't allow us to completely predict what that person is going to do, after all they may wake up one day and simply want something different then their normal routine, which wouldn't really have much grounding in the biology of the individual.
