Body state - it is the physical aspect in terms of how are body is reacting and this happens naturally as an immediate reaction. For instance, today is the day of your final exam that you feel unprepared for. While sitting down writing your exam you are likely going to experience sweating, heart beating quickly, and maybe even fidgeting through your hands and legs.
Body map - it is a precise map that happens within the body due to the body sensing regions. It is the foundation of where feeling comes from, which is what differs it from what body state is. So after sweating, fast heart beat and fidgeting, your body will send signals to your brain that you are feeling anxious and worried.
