I believe that not all psychological phenomena can be reduced down to a biological perspective. I think how someone reacts and behaves isn't narrowed to how their neurons , genes or their cells are made up. It all depends on who they are as a person, facets of their development and their values. Overall psychology can not be limited to the biological basis.
