Behaviorists emphasized structural determination, as they felt conditioning (eg rewards and punishments in the environment) rather than personal volition determined our choices.
Damasio emphasized structural determination, as he emphasized how our biology determined our emotions, and consequently our behavior. His form of structural determination was biological, rather than institutional, but still left little room for agency.
Humanists emphasized personal agency. For instance, Maslow emphasized the self-actualizing tendency of humans, such that once they had their basic needs satisfied humans were guided by an individual drive towards self-actualization, driven not by their external circumstances but own personal desires and drives.
Dark social constructionists emphasized structural determination, as they felt it is the external environment, particularly public discourse which shaped individual psychology.
Berger and Luckmann felt both structural determination and agency played a role in shaping individual behavior, such that while the larger social environment did exert great influence on individual behavior, people still had considerable agency

Hi,
it looks that you have a good grasp of the topics. It would be helpful if you can write a little bit more on each of the above approaches to agency vs structural determination.
Other than that, great work. Keep it up Thanks, ALi
