There were some similarities across our repertory grids, for example it seemed that everyone had some variant of extraversion/introversion, suggesting that to be a typical construct people use to assess others. There were some attributes group members choose that seemed to be motivated by the person creating the chart, and therefore represented constructs specific to ourselves that we attribute to others; two such examples would be anxious vs. athletic. These revealed biases of the observer. However, some of these categorizations were motivated by the people they were used to describe. One of my constructs was dominant vs. agreeable, this was primarily chosen because it is a defining feature of one of my friends, she is extremely dominant and whereas I usually don't describe people using this dimension it is so stark in her that most people report it when describing her. There seems to be some back and forth between constructs as represented by the observer and as suggested by the subject, however I believe Butt would lean more towards our own bias and difficultly of realizing those classification not as neutral, but as biased categorizations that have their own personal affect.
