An example would be, for instance, in university we tend to act more reasonable and respectable because of the environment, however if we're at a club, you tend to be more "free spirited".
We favour the idea of a multiple view of self because depending on the situation of the environment you are in or/and around, influences on how we're supposed to act or/and talk.

Please expand on your answer. How do you view the unitary and/or the multiple view of self, which do you favor more? Do our beliefs and values actually change depending on the situation that we are in? Do our behaviors just change outwardly? Think of an example that may contradict the statement that is in the question.
